Paraffin Wax
- Paraffin wax is a white or colorless soft, solid wax. It’s made from saturated hydrocarbons. It’s often used in skin-softening salon and spa treatments on the hands, cuticles, and feet because it’s colorless, tasteless, and odorless. It can also be used to provide pain relief to sore joints and muscles.
Fully Refined Paraffin Wax
- The highest grade of refinement is fully refined wax. Fully refined paraffin waxes contain less than 0.5% oil and have been hydro-treated or clay treated to remove impurities and decoloration . The resulting waxes are water clear, odorless, and normally food grade.
Semi Refined Paraffin Wax
Semi-Refined Paraffin Wax is a solid substance derived from either one of Petroleum, Coal, or Shale. It constitutes of a mixture of Hydrocarbon molecules with anywhere between twenty and forty carbon atoms. It has a very unreactive nature.
PVC Resin
PVC resin is a material often used in the production of plastics and rubbers. PVC resin is a white powder commonly used to produce thermoplastics. PVC resin is used in an enormous range of domestic and industrial products, from raincoats and shower curtains to window frames and indoor plumbing.
Slack Wax
- Slack wax is a mixture of oil and wax, obtained from lubricating oil. Slack wax is the crude wax produced by chilling and solvent filter-pressing wax distillate. It serves as feedstock and that is further refined and blended to create value-added petroleum wax products.
Residue Wax
Residue wax is the remaining residue when the process of manufacturing paraffin wax from slack wax is finished, the main usage is for the match industry since its oil content is about 50% and has a strong odor and color is quite brown.
Rubber Process Oil (RPO)
Rubber Process Oil (RPO) are used for compounding batches to manufacture tires, lactic, automotive tires and tubes, bicycle tires, tire re-treading materials, belting, hoses and containers, extruded products, technical molded goods and rubber articles.
Stearic Acid
stearic acid is a mixture of approximately equal amounts of stearic and palmitic acids and small amounts of oleic acid. It is employed in the manufacture of candles, cosmetics, shaving soaps, lubricants, and pharmaceuticals.
Rosin (Biroza)
Rosin is an ingredient used in photocopying, printing inks, & laser printing paper, adhesives (glues), varnishes, paper sizing, soda, soldering fluxes, & sealing wax. Gum rosin is used to produce chewing gum after converting it into hydrogenated rosin. For medical purposes, gum rosin forms a critical ingredient in several ointments & plasters.
Chlorinated Paraffin Plasticizers (CPW)
Chlorinated paraffin wax is processed by treating heavy paraffin with chlorine and is used in PVC plastics and rubber as plasticizers. Chlorinated paraffin is colorless or yellowish, viscous, which is solid. Chlorinated paraffin offers advantages such as flame retardancy and low-temperature strength as well as increases the flexibility of the materials.
Calcium Carbonate
Calcium Carbonate is a white insoluble powder-like substance that occurs naturally in minerals, chalk, marble, limestone, calcite. Medicinally, it is used as an antacid or as a calcium supplement. It is also used as fillers in cosmetics. It finds extensive usage in the manufacturing industry as a building material (marble), an ingredient for quick lime.
